Short version: no account, no ads, no tracking. We only get what you type to us yourself.

what stays on your phone

Your app list, look settings, setup ticks and wallpapers are stored only on your iPhone, where the app and its widgets read them. lowkey home checks which of a list of popular apps are installed (so it can show the ones that open directly). That check happens on your phone and is never sent anywhere.

what we receive

Only if you use wish for something or something broke in the app, we receive:

• the title and text you typed,
• your email address, only if you chose to add it so we can reply,
• the app version, iOS version and phone model, so we can fix bugs.

It's stored on our own small server (Cloudflare) and used only to read your message and improve lowkey. It isn't linked to your name or Apple Account, never sold, never used for ads or tracking. We don't store your IP address. Want your message deleted? Email us.

purchases

lowkey pro and the "feed the studio" treats are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or Apple Account details. The app only asks Apple which purchases your account has.

children

lowkey home is for everyone and doesn't collect data about anyone beyond the messages above.

changes

If this ever changes, we'll update this page and the date above before the new version of the app is released.
