I bought Burstly Pro but it isn't unlocked.

Open Burstly, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Is Burstly Pro a subscription?

No. It's a single payment. You keep it forever, on every iPhone signed in to your Apple Account.

I can't hear the beeps.

Turn up the volume while a workout runs and check the silent switch. Beeps also play over your music and with the phone locked.

The countdown doesn't show on my lock screen.

Go to iPhone Settings → Burstly → Live Activities and switch it on.

Where are my workouts stored?

Only on your iPhone. Burstly has no account and sends nothing to us.
